Therefore, we initiate the manufacturing process for each item once an order is placed. This approach aligns with our commitment to minimizing overproduction and reducing waste in our efforts to promote environmental responsibility.

The items you order will be manufactured within 2-4 days of placing your order and will then ship out immediately.
Return Policy
At VADA apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return new, unworn items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@vadaapparel.com to notify us of your intention to return the item(s). Use RETURN + [order number] as the subject of your e-mail.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the original invoice or a copy of it.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team in response to your e-mail. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
